lunch on time and end precisely on time. Your time and learning is our only

Your seminar will be held in a first class hotel. We feel that
you will learn easier in a quality setting. You will have a room with good
lighting, comfortable chairs, air-conditioning that keeps you awake, but bring
a sweater in case you are a cold person at times. Parking will be convenient
and almost always free.
A resource of publications will be available
for purchase at the seminar to assist you with your continued learning and as a
follow-up to your investment of time at our seminar.
Affordable Tuition and Group Discounts: The fee is $177.00
per attendee. For 3 or more from the same organization,
you will receive a 10% discount. The registration fee
includes instruction and valuable participant materials.
Full Refunds
will be made if the program is canceled or if cancellation notice is received
in writing from the registrant 10 days in advance. If you need to cancel less
than 10 days prior to the seminar, you may send a substitute from your agency.
In-House Seminars: We can present our seminar at your location in a
version customized entirely to your needs. Call Ann at

Professional Continuing Education Credit: Our programs are
authorized for 6 contact hours (.6 CEUs) per seminar. Before attending, verify
CE approval with your professionmal board. Knowledge Transfer is an authorized
CEU sponsor member of the International Association for Continuing Education
and Training.
Program Schedule: We begin the seminar at 9:00 a.m. and
wrap up around 4:00 p.m. Lunch is on your own from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00
